I am a big fan of mindful meditation but for many of us, we require a little assistance. Our lives, at times, can take on a manic state, where we run from work to family to social engagements and repeat. The occasional vacation is great but they are usually sporadic and fail to provide any longlasting sense of relief. Meditation is perfect for stress-relief but takes considerable effort when attempting it alone. One of the ways to heal the body is to give it complete and total rest. Not for days but for about an hour.
